COVID-19 HR Webinar Series: Staffing & Compensation
Join Illinois ASBO and IASPA (Illinois Association of School Personnel Administrators) for discussions on hot topics in HR amidst the current COVID-19 crisis. Your peers will share what they are currently doing to address HR challenges, alongside content experts who can help answer your pressing questions. Bring your stories and questions to share in this fluid conversation!
Topics for the second webinar in this series will again include compensation and unemployment. In addition, staffing issues (e.g. reduction-in-force for support staff, leaves of absence, ADA accommodations) will be considered. The conversation will continue in future webinars to address other HR issues as the 2020/2021 school approaches.
