Participants in this virtual course will explore how Lincoln’s leadership practices and behaviors provide compelling guidance for today’s challenges of accountability, diversity, political conflict, team building, climate, and economic hardship. Leadership qualities linked to leading others and school success will be highlighted. Participants will leave the session with a repertoire of strategies and insights that they can apply immediately in their own workplace contexts. Presented by the Illinois ASBO Leadership Center.


We will be covering chapters 1-3 of the book Learning From Lincoln.


Please note: This academy requires pre-work and post-work. Once you have completed your registration, pre-work assignments will be e-mailed to you. you will also receive a copy of the book, Learning From Lincoln: Leadership Practices for School Success.
