2022 Leadership Day - The Power of Collective P.A.C.E.
Illinois ASBO is bringing in Author and Motivational Transitional Coach David Hulings for a day of leadership-based professional development. David has been providing inspirational and instructive services for over 25 years to those in transition. This leadership session will focus on four elements: purpose, attitude, care and energy. These elements, when operating together throughout an organization, produce a powerful force that can change culture and improve productivity.
Attendees will be provided leadership tools to define their purpose with intentionality, dig deeper into how to mitigate attitude challenges, take a self-inventory of the areas where you may find a gap in care balance and provide a method to funnel work through natural energy channels.
