The Administrator's Role in Collective Bargaining

This academy is tailored for educational leaders who actively participate in the collective bargaining process.

It is designed for those who are preparing for bargaining or who have recently completed the bargaining process. The academy covers essential legal knowledge, current and emerging bargaining issues, and effective preparation strategies to ensure successful outcomes for all parties involved. Participants will complete a pre-course assessment to evaluate their current bargaining readiness or their readiness for a recently concluded bargaining process.
