Whether it is junk, furniture, computer supplies or other items, putting things in the dumpster is not the best way to dispose of items paid for by your community taxpayers. Learn from a panel of members who have had success in this area and gain best practices to dispose of your surplus items and maybe even collect some extra dollars.
