Switch: How to Change Things When Change is Hard
Why is it so hard to make lasting changes in our companies, in our communities and in our own lives? In their book Switch, authors Chip and Dan Heath dive into the competition for control going on between our rational and emotional minds. While the rational mind wants to change something at work, the emotional mind loves the comfort of the existing routine. Come and hear examples from the book, as well as from your peers, of what happens when we learn how to overcome this conflict and embrace change to achieve desired results.

How did they lead and connect with their players to overcome obstacles? What can you learn from them to apply to the teams and people you lead at your district?
