For a full refund, you must call or email Illinois ASBO or Illinois School Nutrition Association seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the event. Illinois ASBO and Illinois School Nutrition Association event cancellation policies are subject to change. For event specific cancellation policy, please refer to the event’s registration informational page for more details. Illinois ASBO Members: Student Premiers and Add-On Memberships will be responsible for the full Illinois ASBO Member Fee if you are a “No Show.” Others will not be refunded and/or will still be invoiced and responsible for the charges. Transfers of event registrations will carry a fee of $25 for members and $50 for nonmembers and will be invoiced at the time of transfer. Illinois School Nutrition Association: All ILSNA registered attendees are responsible for the full registration fee if you are a "No Show."
