7:30am - 8:00am: Registration & Refreshments  

8:00am - 3:55pm: Program 

11:40am - 1:40pm: Lunch & Exhibiting Time

3:55pm - 4:10pm Raffle

 

Exhibit Schedule: 

9:10am - 9:25am

10:25am - 10:40am

11:40am - 1:40pm

2:40pm - 2:55pm

 

Exhibitor Registration Information: 

Registration is limited to Service Associate members only. Exhibiting members may bring a nonmember to assist them in the booth for an additional fee. Registration is limited to 40 exhibitors. Once all the spots are filled, a waiting list will become available. 

 

 

Exhibitor Registration Fees:

Exhibitor registration includes registration for one member to attend the full conference and the following: a skirted exhibit table, access to electricity, an attendee contact list and lunch. 

  

Exhibitor and Booth Registration (No Electricity) - $500.00 

  

Exhibitor and Booth Registration (With Electricity) - $530.00 

  

Additional member assisting in the booth - $205.00 

  

Additional nonmember assisting in the booth - $280.00 

  

Booth Selection:

Booth selections will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please enter your top three booth selections through the registration link below. You may view an exhibit hall map here. You will be notified by Keishia Jones with your final booth number within two business days of registering.

Due to changes in the Illinois State Board of Education professional development requirements, please be advised that you will be required to scan in and out to all professional development opportunities in which credits are offered. Each attendee will also be required to fill out an evaluation summary in order to receive credits.
