Annual Conference Cancellations/Refunds
If you need to cancel your registration, you must notify Illinois ASBO at (815) 753-1276 three business days in advance for a full refund. Basic Plus, Premium Plus and Student Premier members will be responsible for the full Illinois ASBO Member Fee if you are a “No Show.” Others will not be refunded and/or will still be invoiced and responsible for the charges.
