Registration Information 

2025 Exhibit Booth registration is limited to Service Associate members only. These exhibiting members may bring a nonmember to assist them in the booth. Illinois ASBO members can also register as a non-exhibiting Service Associate.


All booth requests will be assigned in order of first-received basis, with a signed contract and full payment. Illinois ASBO sells booths for 7-8 months ahead of the Annual Conference and cannot guarantee booth placement away from competitors. Illinois ASBO Member Programs receive priority placement in the exhibit hall.



Registration Fees 

Booth registration includes 8’ x 10’ display space and two (2) complimentary conference badges for company associates, giving admission to all conference sessions and all-attendee networking events. Please refer to the Exhibit Hall map on the 2025 Annual Conference website for the most up to date booth availability.

  • Exhibit Booth Registration (includes two (2) conference badges) - $2,300.00
  • Additional Conference Badge - $500.00 per person (member or nonmember)
  • Non-Exhibiting Service Associate Registration - $1,500.00


Be sure to register early as these fees increase by $250.00 on April 17, 2025.


Annual Conference Cancellations/Refunds: No refunds will be given. Fees are non-refundable and there will be a $250 Transfer Fee Charge if you choose to change the person in your booth on or after April 17. 2025. No-shows who have not prepaid will be invoiced for the registration fee.
