7:30 a.m. to 8 a.m. — Registration & Refreshments
8 a.m. to 4 p.m. — Program
11:40 a.m. to 1:40 p.m. — Lunch

Exhibitor Registration Information:
Registration is limited to Service Associate members only. Exhibiting members may bring a nonmember to assist them in the booth for an additional fee. Registration is limited to 40 exhibitors. Once all the spots are filled, a waiting list will become available.
Exhibitor Registration Fees:
Exhibitor registration includes registration for one member to attend the full conference and the following: a skirted exhibit table, an attendee contact list and lunch. Electricity may be purchased for an additional fee during the registration process. Following registration, you will receive information regarding adding additional people to your booth.
Exhibitor Cancellations/Refunds:
No refunds will be given. Fees are non-refundable and there will be a $100.00 Transfer Fee Charge if you choose to change the person in your booth on or after February 21, 2025. No-shows who have not prepaid will be invoiced for the registration fee.
Booth Selection:
Booth selections will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please enter your top three booth selections through the registration link below. You may view an exhibit hall map here.

Cancelation Policy:
For a full refund, you must call or email Illinois ASBO seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the event. Illinois ASBO event cancellation policies are subject to change. For event specific cancellation policy, please refer to the event’s registration informational page for more details. Illinois ASBO Members: Student Premiers and Add-On Memberships will be responsible for the full Illinois ASBO Member Fee if you are a “No Show.” Others will not be refunded and/or will still be invoiced and responsible for the charges. Transfers of event registrations will carry a fee of $25 for members and $50 for nonmembers and will be invoiced at the time of transfer.
