*Please note, this is a table top not a booth* Table selections will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please enter your top three table selections through the registration link below. You may view an exhibit hall map here.
Conference Schedule:
7:30 a.m. to 8 a.m. — Registration & Refreshments
8 a.m. to 4 p.m. — Program
11:40 a.m. to 1:40 p.m. — Lunch
Exhibit Schedule: Exhibiting during breaks and meals
6:45 a.m. Set Up Begins
9:10 a.m. to 9:25 a.m.
10:25 a.m. to 10:40 a.m.
11:40 a.m. to 1:40 p.m.
2:40 p.m. to 2:55 p.m.
Exhibitor Registration Information:
Registration is limited to Service Associate members only. Exhibiting members may bring a nonmember to assist them at the table for an additional fee. Registration is limited to 40 exhibitors. Once all the spots are filled, a waiting list will become available.
Exhibitor Registration Fees:
Exhibitor registration includes registration for one member to attend the full conference and the following: a skirted exhibit table, an attendee contact list and lunch. Electricity may be purchased for an additional fee during the registration process. Following registration, you will receive information regarding adding additional people to your booth.
Exhibitor Cancellations/Refunds:
No refunds will be given. Fees are non-refundable and there will be a $100.00 Transfer Fee Charge if you choose to change the person at your table on or after February 20, 2026. No-shows who have not prepaid will be invoiced for the registration fee.
